Our Objective For This Festival:

With a view to strengthening the bonds of friendship, fraternity and Business  between the Japanese people and the peoples of the African continent, the African diaspora in Japan and some Japanese organizations have decided to set up a concept called AFRICA and JAPAN: Culture and Business Exchange Festival.
                  This event, which is in its 15th edition, has often been held exclusively on Japanese soil. At the end of the last conclave of the Organizing Committee, it was decided that it will now be held alternately, in Africa and in Japan, and Cameroon was chosen to host the first edition organized on African soil.

          Our Aim is to bring Japanese and African cultures  and business together to foster cultural and business exchange through music, concerts, collaborations, dance tournaments,
performances, beauty, art, theater, exhibitions, showcases, development,
creativity, learning, discoveries, fashion, business connections, job opportunities,
sports, tourism, markets, food, and beverages.
We strive to:
 1)– Promote Japan in Africa and foster deeper cultural understanding between
the two regions.
2)– Create new markets to contribute to the revitalization of the African and
Japanese economies and strengthen community ties.
3)– Build new opportunities and direct connections between African and
Japanese businesses and individuals.
4)– Support personal growth and development by encouraging young men and
women to share their culture and heritage with pride and confidence.


ABOUT THE FESTIVAL:

This 11-day event, held in Cameroon, celebrates the best of Japanese and African
goods, music, collaborations, Technological exchange, dance performances,
exhibitions, business opportunities, sports, food, beverages, markets, fashion
shows, and much more.
Itʼs an exciting event for all ages, where everyone is invited to experience the
vibrant cultural and economic exchange between Africa and Japan in Cameroon.
